This website has been developed and presented by YELL GROUP LLC (renamed on 18 March 2024 from EIGHT SEVEN SEVEN EIGHT DIRECTORY LLC, Taxpayer Identification Number 03535587, registered address: 40/1 Sayat-Nova Avenue, 6th floor, premises 16, official website: www.yell.am, official email address: [email protected]), which provides information and electronic marketing services on the Internet, hereinafter referred to as the “Owner”. By using this website, you agree to the Website Terms of Use, which may be amended from time to time.
Use
The website www.yell.am is the primary website, hereinafter referred to as the “website”. Other websites linked to it, including www.8778.am, as well as websites of various organizations created as a result of cooperation, are considered secondary websites, hereinafter referred to as “secondary websites”, which operate within the website, redirect to the website, or redirect to the websites of partner companies. The website contains information, text, images, design works, graphics, audio and video recordings, as well as other materials and products, including intellectual property objects, trademarks, etc., which belong to the Owner or have been provided to the Owner by third parties for use and distribution, including copyrighted materials and works, registered trademarks and service marks, and other intellectual property objects. The materials, including any information posted on www.yell.am, such as reviews, comments, photographs, and any other content left by website visitors, are intended for private viewing purposes.
ORGANIZATION REGISTRATION
Information about organizations is collected, processed, and published on www.yell.am.
Organizations may also independently register on www.yell.am through the relevant form and receive a personal page under the “FREE” package.
CONTRACT
AGREEMENT
APPLICATION
An Application is a written or electronically certified document submitted by a client to YELL GROUP LLC, through which the client states a claim, proposal, request, or complaint.
Pursuant to Article 468, paragraph 1, of the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia, an agreement to amend or terminate a contract shall be concluded in the same form as the contract, unless otherwise provided by law, other legal acts, the contract, or business customs.
An Application is considered an official document and must be duly certified by an official representative of the company or a person authorized by that representative.
A duly submitted Application constitutes the basis for terminating a contract or agreement.
A contract may not be terminated verbally or by notification via email.
Applications are accepted at the official email address [email protected] or at the company address: 40/1 Sayat-Nova Avenue, premises 16, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia
Applications may be drafted in free form and must include:
The addressee of the Application
The name of the client organization
The first and last name of the official or authorized person (in the case of an authorized person, a power of attorney and an identity document of the authorized person must also be attached)
A clear statement of the applicant’s claim or request
The date, which may not be earlier than the current date
An electronic signature or handwritten signature (for a paper version), and a seal, if available
Failure to submit the Application in the proper form may constitute grounds for refusing to accept it.
Important
After an Application is submitted, the services continue ON A PAID BASIS until they are terminated within the time limits specified in the Contract, generally within up to 30 days.
After submitting the Application and until the service termination date, the Customer is entitled to use the services in full.
Applications certified with an electronic signature must be submitted in PDF format with the ability to verify the validity of the electronic signature.
SYSTEM LOGIN
The website contains a “LOGIN” link that allows changes to be made to the relevant website account.
Only partner organizations subscribed to the “Unlimited” and “Extended” packages are entitled to log in to the system.
Login access is activated AUTOMATICALLY on the date the contract is concluded.
To obtain or change the login password, the email address specified in Appendix 2 to the contract must be used.
The email address may be changed by:
Login access is available 24/7.
Login access is disabled after cooperation is terminated.
MODERATION
The relevant organization is responsible for the materials posted on its user page.
Organizations must respect the copyrights of other organizations.
The information of organizations that infringe the copyrights of other organizations will be removed from the system after the infringement is identified.
Information posted on the website is moderated by the website administrators.

REVIEWS
The website allows users to leave reviews and comments about an organization and to rate it.
This right is established by Article 27 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia.
Quote: “ARTICLE 27. Everyone has the right to freely express their opinion. No one may be compelled to renounce or change their opinion. Everyone has the right to freedom of speech, including the freedom to seek, receive, and disseminate information and ideas by any means, regardless of state borders.”
Organizations are not entitled to require the website “Owner” to remove or edit such reviews. The “Owner” provides organizations with the opportunity to respond to and manage these reviews.

EMAIL DISTRIBUTION
This service is provided under the Contract or as a separate paid service.
The database is compiled from email addresses included in organization data and provided by organizations through a contract or data verification process.
A mandatory link must be included at the end of all email distribution materials (footer); after clicking it, no further emails will be sent to that email address for a period of 1–6 months.
The “ARMENIA DIRECTORY” trademark must appear in the header of every email.
By default, email distribution is carried out on business days from 09:30 to 14:00, or on the date and at the time specified by the client.
Only links to business pages on www.YELL.am may be included in email distribution materials.
Under the Contract, email distribution material must be sent IN FINAL FORM to [email protected], with the preferred date and time of distribution also specified. After receiving the material, the Contractor converts it into the special format required by the software in use and sends it for approval within 3 /three/ business days. Distribution is carried out within 3 /three/ business days after the Customer approves the material. Once the material has been approved, the Contractor bears no responsibility for its content, typographical errors, or any other information.
The Contractor bears no responsibility for the content of the distributed material. Responsibility lies with the party that ordered the distribution.
EMAIL ADDRESS DATABASE
Our database of legal entities contains: 12,000–14,000 addresses
Our database of individuals contains: 8,000–10,000 addresses
Distribution is carried out using one of the databases selected by the client and is considered one email distribution.
Email distribution may be carried out using either the legal entity database or the individual database.
The legal entity database is primarily provided by organizations and is compiled through calls /calls are recorded/, contracts, the online website, etc.
The active email database of legal entities represents 22–25% of the entire organization database. An active database means email addresses that receive emails. The number of organizations in the database is displayed in Real Time in the Footer of www.yell.am, at the bottom of the website.
The individual database is compiled from various sources through the completion of the relevant form by individuals and their provision of online consent.
At any time, a subscribed company or individual may remove their email address from the distribution list and stop receiving emails by clicking the relevant link at the bottom of each email.
ANALYTICS
Email distribution analytics are provided for an additional fee only for distributions made using the legal entity database: general analytics /quantity, opens, clicks/ and detailed analytics ONLY for email addresses that opened the email, including the contact details and business activities of the organizations to which those addresses belong.
Analytics for email distributions made using the individual database may be provided only in general form: quantity, opens, and clicks. No other information is provided.
TARGETING
Targeting is available only for the legal entity database and may be performed by name, address, and business activity.

POSTING SPECIAL OFFERS
The opportunity to post special offers on www.YELL.am is available to partner organizations whose packages include this option.
The special offer limit is specified in the relevant package.
Special offers are posted by the client and, after the relevant moderation, appear on the client’s page and/or the home page, depending on whether the “Advertisement” or “Offer” menu option is selected.
When the “Advertisement” menu option is selected, the special offer appears only on the client’s personal page.
When the “Offer” menu option is selected, the special offer appears on the client’s page and in the first position on the home page of www.YELL.am. As new special offers are posted, it gradually moves down, after which it is hidden and may be displayed when new lists are opened using the “View More” button.

Special Offer Analytics
View and visit analytics are provided for each special offer; only the number of visits is added to the page’s total visit count.
At present, only the analytics of the most recently posted special offer are displayed to all users.
The client can access detailed analytics by logging in to the personal page.
Only 1 /one/ special offer may be published or republished at any given time.
When a new special offer is posted, the previous special offer is removed, after which the new offer may be posted /1 placement allowance is used/.
A special offer may also be republished, in which case it appears again in the first position /1 placement allowance is used/.
A special offer may also be edited. It is moderated again, but it does not appear in the first position and continues to be displayed in its previous position /no placement allowance is used/. For example, if it was in the 4th position before moderation and 5 more special offers were posted in the meantime, its display will continue from the 9th position.
